COMSOL is a coupled finite element analysis software with multiple physical quantities simultaneously. It can build three-dimensional solid models with built-in 1D, 2D and 3D drawing tools. The solver can perform different analysis functions such as time domain, frequency domain, stability, and eigenvalue.

The modeling of the loudspeaker combines the coupling of three physical domains: electromagnetic, solid mechanics, and acoustics to obtain the frequency response and impedance characteristics of the loudspeaker, and post-processing to clearly present the loudspeaker sound field distribution.

SoundCheck has a high degree of freedom and can write speaker measurement programs according to user needs.

APx525B audio analyzer and AUX-0025 switching amplifier measurement filter are able to make measurements like frequency response, signal to noise ratio, total harmonic distortion plus noise, FFT noise, interchannel crosstalk, output power of amplifier and to verify the test result is meet the specification from the customer requirement.

MPD-1508 DAB signal generator measures the sensitivity of DAB receiver and to verify the test result is meet the specification from the customer requirement.

We will have Plastic Molding Simulation to know how is the mold forming to improve shrink mark and parting line before tooling start.
